Common pool questions
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Cathedral City and serve Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and nearby Coachella Valley cities. Call us to confirm your address.
How often should my pool be cleaned?
In the desert, weekly service is the standard. Heat and sun burn off chlorine quickly, so a weekly visit keeps the water balanced and prevents algae.
Can you fix a green pool?
Yes. We treat algae, clean the filter and balance the water. If the water is too far gone, we can drain, clean and refill the pool.
How often should I clean my pool filter?
Most cartridge filters here need cleaning every few months, and more often in summer. We watch the filter pressure on every visit and let you know when it is time.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we can reach the backyard and equipment, we can service the pool while you are at work or away.
